The ‘Member’s Hub’ app and website which can bring members and the club the following benefits: 

  • To see all your member’s card transactions and receipts to track spending. 

  • Top up your card online without the need to know your unique top up code.

  • To see your membership subscription balance which is useful for monthly payment plans and make it more convenient to pay your subscriptions online at the start of the season.  

  • Allow you to change your contact details such as address and telephone numbers without needing to contact the office saving time. 

  • A members document area to see essential club documents.

  • Members list to show details to contact your fellow members (opt out available) 

  • Club news and course status posting which you can be alerted with push notifications on your phone. 

You will need to registered with the "HowDidiDo" Passport in order to link your club member record. Please ensure you register using the same email as we have registered for you at the club. If you are having issues, please contact the secretary.
