The March Hare fun competition had to be rearranged and was played on April 7th, with 8 ladies taking part, the winner was Kath Stavers (39 points) ahead of Gill Beauchamp (38 points) in second place and Jaci Fennon (33 points) in third place.

The Easter Fun Day took place on Good Friday, April 3rd, with Kath Stavers again in first place, ahead of Brenda Bailey and Jaci Fennon.

The ladies played for the Doreen Halliday Trophies on Sunday March 24th, the results are:

1st Gill Beauchamp and Kath Stavers, nett 76

2nd Jaci Fennon and Brenda Bailey, nett 78

Jaci Fennon and Gill Beauchamp are representing Ryton in the Daily Mail Foursomes and have had wins against Stocksfield (home) in the second round, Tyneside (away) in the third round, and Brancepeth Castle (home) in the fourth round and are away to Eaglescliffe in the fifth round.
