Important Information to all Members - COVID-19

General Club Noticeboard : Important Information to all Members - COVID-19

Dear Members,

We are entering into uncharted territory regarding the COVID-19 Virus.

As such we hope you are taking all the necessary steps to remain healthy and safe at this time. This includes social distancing.

Along with guidance from many governing bodies we are closing the Bar and Catering facilities from 5pm this evening (19/3).

The locker rooms, toilets and changing facilities will remain open as well as the course. Competitions will also go ahead.

The lounge will remain open ONLY for entering competitions cards into the computer. It is not an area to stay in at this time. You are also reminded to wash your hands prior to entering any cards and also to wash them after. It is recommended that only one person from your group enters the cards.

At this time you are asked to leave the flagsticks in the hole at all times and all bunkers are now removed from play and classed a GUR Play Prohibited. Relief must be taken from Bunkers.

Further information on course play may follow.

Members are reminded that ALL subscriptions must still be paid by the 31st of March. Failure to do so will not allow you to play in any competitions going forward.

We now recommend paying your subscriptions via BACs or Cheque. Cheques can be posted through the front letter box under the Ryton Golf Club Sign or mailed in. Cheques are payable to Ryton Golf Club Ltd.

The BACS details are as follows - Bank Account No: 02913578 - Sort Code: 301954 - Lloyds Bank. Please can you pay your invoiced amount. Any queries please email secretary@rytongolfclub.co.uk.

We know times are tough at present and as such you can also pay via DD and spread the payments out over the year. To do so please follow this link - https://www.feesmonthly.co.uk/ You will require your membership number. If you require this then please email secretary@rytongolfclub.co.uk and you will receive your number by reply.

You are reminded that one of the safest places to be is on the golf course. Exercise is still an essential part of life and as such Golf is recommended by all.

We appreciate ALL of our members here and our main priority is to make sure that you can keep enjoying your golf. So if there is any way we can help with any of your membership needs please get in touch with us and we will do our very best to accomodate you and keep you golfing.

Let's all stay safe and keep on golfing.....

Many thanks
RGC Secretary
