It is with great sadness that the Club has to announce the death of one of its longstanding members, John Barber, who passed away in the afternoon of Wednesday April 24th at the age of 90.  John, who had been a member for some 46 years, always had a friendly word, was greatly liked by all who knew him and would always join in with golf, trips away and any other events taking place.  He will be sadly missed.

Funeral arrangements will be posted when known.

The ladies continued their winning ways in the second Sivewright match of the season, this time at home to Ramside, played on Tuesday April 23rd, when they had a 3-2 win over Ramside, the two losses both ending on the 18th hole so a very close run thing.  Well played ladies!  Keep up the good work.
