The Club has been advised of the death on Sunday January 7th, after a short illness and with her family with her, of the former and longstanding member of the ladies section, Mrs Audrey Pope.  Audrey was a member for many years and was lady captain in 1995.  Her husband, Johnny was also a member along with his brothers Billy and Steve.  Our thoughts are with her family and friends at this sad time. 

Audrey's funeral will be on Tuesday January 16th at 1.00 pm at the Holy Cross church in Ryton, followed by a cremation (family only) at Mountsett Crematorium, after which the family will be at the Crawcrook Social Club & Institute - possibly at around 2.30 pm or so.
