After reviewing the current situation it has been decided that the arrangement as is will be changed. An agreement has been reached to bring the catering 'in house'. The reasoning behind this decision is based on a cash flow forecast for the next year and it is felt that the club will benefit financially by taking direct control of this aspect of our service.
We are delighted that we are retaining the services of Zest on a 'sub-contractor' basis. We will therefore continue to benefit from Mark & Jimmy's quality food.
This new arrangement will commence from 1st February 2012, and will be monitored on a weekly basis with a review in 6 months time.
